Sebastian Perez and his wife, Samantha Perez, first conceptualized the idea of Solo Agency as a platform to channel their creative energy and redefine what a creative agency could be.
With Sebastian’s expertise in design and Samantha’s knack for organization and management, the foundation for Solo was solid. But everything changed when Sebastian crossed paths with Broderick Perkins, a marketing visionary who shared their enthusiasm for pushing boundaries. Together, the trio formed the powerhouse that Solo Agency is today, combining creativity, strategy, and flawless execution to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

Sebastian Perez – Founder and Creative Director
As the creative heart behind Solo Agency, I’ve always believed that design is more than just visual appeal—it’s about creating meaningful experiences. My journey began with a love for storytelling and a fascination with how design shapes the way people interact with the world. Years of experience in design, coupled with the drive to create something meaningful, led me to start Solo with my wife, Samantha.

Outside of work, I’m constantly searching for inspiration in everyday life. Whether it’s a walk in the city, playing with my kids, or capturing moments on camera, I see creativity everywhere and channel it back into my work.
Broderick Perkins – Marketing Director
I’ve always believed that marketing is the art of connecting stories with the people who need to hear them. When I met Sebastian, it felt like the perfect fit—our shared passion for impactful design and authentic storytelling made joining Solo Agency an easy decision.
As the Marketing Director, I focus on creating strategies that bring ideas to life and connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways. "Good marketing isn’t about selling," I like to say. "It’s about building relationships and creating value."
When I’m not crafting campaigns or brainstorming new strategies, I find balance in nature. Whether it’s hiking, running, or simply sitting under the stars, I find that the outdoors help clear my mind and recharge my creativity.
Samantha Perez – Project Manager
From the very beginning, organization and planning have been my superpowers. When Sebastian and I launched Solo Agency, my role as Project Manager naturally evolved to ensure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. From timelines to deliverables, I make sure our team is always in sync and our clients are thrilled with the results.

In my free time, I enjoy immersing myself in creative pursuits, from journaling to painting, which keep me inspired and focused. These outlets fuel my work and allow me to bring fresh energy and perspectives to every project.
